Mary Barnes, MBA, MS, EdD
Hi! I’m Mary Barnes.
I’m an expert in human and organizational learning and an adjunct professor at George Washington University. My mission is to create customized solutions to organizational problems through collaboration and a coaching mentality.
As a transformation specialist in government, non-profit, and public organizations, I have honed my ability to navigate the balance between the needs of the employee and the bottom line. I know how transformational engaged and empowered employees can be for a business, and can help you achieve that balance in your organization.
I use my over 20 years in leadership and my understanding of the most recent scholarly theories, especially in organizational learning and change, to develop custom solutions that deliver results.
